TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to tekko-one.com, operated by ClickCraft Ventures. In these terms,
"we", "us" and "our" mean ClickCraft Ventures. By using this site or placing
an order you agree to these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you
live, to place an order.

2. THE PRODUCT

The Tekko One is a portable handheld electronic device containing a quad-core
processor, a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, physical controls and
a microSD card slot. It is supplied with a microSD card, a USB-C charging
cable and a quick-start card.

3. WE SELL HARDWARE, NOT GAME CONTENT

This section is important.

3.1 What we supply is the device and the storage media in the box. We do not
supply, licence, distribute or pre-install copyrighted video games, and no
part of this site should be read as offering them.

3.2 The microSD card slot and the card supplied are general-purpose storage.
What is placed on the card is determined by the owner of the device.

3.3 Copying, downloading or distributing video games you do not own is
unlawful in the European Union, the United Kingdom and most other
jurisdictions. You agree that you are solely responsible for any files you
place on the memory card and for complying with copyright law where you live.

3.4 There is a large body of legitimately free content available for devices
of this kind, including homebrew titles written by independent developers,
freeware and public-domain software. We do not host, supply or endorse any
particular source.

3.5 NO AFFILIATION. Tekko One is an independent product. It is not affiliated
with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any video game publisher,
developer or console manufacturer. All trade marks referred to anywhere by
customers remain the property of their respective owners, and their mention
does not imply any association.

3.6 We cannot provide technical support for third-party software, emulation
software, or files placed on the memory card by the customer.

4. LITHIUM BATTERY AND ELECTRICAL SAFETY

The device contains a sealed lithium-ion battery. You agree to follow the
instructions supplied, and in particular:

  - Charge only with a standard USB-C power supply, using the cable provided
    or an equivalent
  - Do not leave the device charging unattended or overnight
  - Do not open, puncture, crush, disassemble or modify the device
  - Do not expose it to fire, direct sunlight, or temperatures outside the
    range stated in the instructions
  - Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid
  - STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY and contact us if the device becomes hot,
    swells, deforms, discolours, leaks, or emits smoke or an unusual smell
  - Keep away from children under 12

5. AGE GUIDANCE

This product is intended for users aged 12 and over. It contains a small
removable memory card and a built-in lithium battery, and it is not a toy.
It must not be given to or used by young children.

6. CONFORMITY AND MARKINGS

The product is supplied with the markings required for the markets we ship to.
An EU Declaration of Conformity is available on request from
support@clickcraftventures.net.

7. DISPOSAL - WEEE AND BATTERIES

This product is electrical equipment containing a battery and must not be
disposed of with household waste at the end of its life.

Within the EU and UK, the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates separate
collection. Please take the device to a designated collection point for
waste electrical and electronic equipment, or return it to a retailer under
local take-back arrangements. Separate collection and recycling help conserve
resources and prevent harm to health and the environment.

Do not attempt to remove the battery yourself. Do not place the device in a
fire or in general waste.

8. SPECIFICATIONS

Stated figures for battery life, charge time and processor performance are
nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Battery life varies
with screen brightness, ambient temperature, battery age and what is being
run. Product photographs are illustrative.

9. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and, for consumers in
the EU and UK, include applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to
change prices, change or discontinue the product, and limit order quantities
at any time. If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the
affected order and refund it in full, and we will tell you.

10. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including
where payment is not authorised, where carriers cannot deliver
lithium-battery products to your destination, where we suspect fraud, or
where an order appears to be for commercial resale.

11. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund, Returns & Withdrawal Policy,
each of which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and
not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

12. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including
the two-year legal guarantee of conformity in the EU, equivalent rights in the
UK, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THIS SITE

All content on this site, including text, images, layout and the Tekko One
name, is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures.

14. CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you send us a photograph, video or review, you grant us permission to
display it with attribution to the first name or initials you provide. We do
not publish reviews that reference copyrighted game titles, franchises or
publishers, and we may decline or edit submissions that do.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third-party services for payment processing, fulfilment,
shipment tracking, reviews and analytics. We are not responsible for their
content, accuracy or availability.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the
use of this site or the product, including loss arising from use contrary to
the safety instructions, from opening or modifying the device, or from any
software or files placed on the memory card by the customer.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to
the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits
any right you have under consumer protection or product safety law that cannot
lawfully be excluded, nor any liability for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence.

17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from your
use of the product contrary to the instructions and warnings provided, from
files you place on the memory card, or from your breach of these terms.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. Consumers resident in the EU retain the protection of
the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder
continues in full force.
